Welcome! As an accomplished nature photographer and avid birder for over 20 years, I am pleased
to be able to share my photographs on this site. Some of these photographs can only be seen on this site, while others are featured in many venues, magazines and web portals, including the American Museum of Natural History who featured some of my Birds in Flight series. Content changes frequently – visit
the galleries listed above, and return often.

New Swallow Gallery:
Don't miss the Barn Swallows and Tree Swallows spectacularly caught in flight, and feeding their fledglings, in the new Swallows Gallery.
Also take alook at this series, which compares two Barn Swallow photos taken 5 years apart, and with different equipment, but on the SAME BRANCH of the SAME TREE: A striking comparison:
Here I highlight a few photographs from time to time — shots with which I am particularly happy. I can present them in a larger format here than in the regular Favorites Gallery.
ABOUT THE SITE:
Welcome to my Nature Photography web site. The galleries include many of my more recent photographs presented with an interface that I hope provides a rewarding browsing and viewing experience. Select shots are presented in gallery collections, representing some of my recent and favorite work, as well as several topical galleries. The gallery presentations do require a Flash capable browser.
From time to time you can see my most current work at naturephotographers.net.
Also be sure to check out my exhibit at the American Museum of Natural History, my recently released book, “On Feathered Wings: Birds in Flight,” and links to some of my favorite photo sites online.
